- The JBSA-Randolph Contracting Squadron, 502 CONS/JBKBA, is contemplating the acquisition of a Blood Product Donor Testing.� Please see below Salient Characteristics. The respondent must provide a Capability Statement that addresses the organization's qualifications and ability to support and perform as a prime contractor for the work described in the attached RFI.� ***NOTE***�The laboratory must perform these screening tests within 24 hours of shipping IAW Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics�to allow for steady release of viable products in all Armed Services Blood Program operations.
