- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25622Q0263. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03 published in Federal Register on December 30, 2021. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) as prescribed by Public Law, P.L. 109-461. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562211, with a small business size standard in millions of $41.5 million dollars. The PSC is S222. The contractor will not require access to VA sensitive information, therefore the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) requirement in accordance with (IAW) VA Handbook 6500.6 Contract Security does not apply. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government. All quotes shall remain valid for 120 calendar days. Submission of your response shall be received not later than 12:00 noon CST, Tuesday June 21, 2022, at Orita.Jarvis@va.gov. Hand delivery will not be accepted. Questions shall be submitted no later than 12:00 noon CST, Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
