Description

Based upon the work completed to date by NTT Data Federal Services, Inc., the requesting office identified a best practice method to perform the necessary data modeling which will require NTT Data Federal Services, Inc. to transition the current Human Source Assessment (HSA) data model from PowerBI to SQL Server and create new views in the existing confidential informant database.� This additional requirement has been determined as an in-scope change by the Contracting Officer. This data model transition is not currently included as a contractual task but would provide the following benefits to ATF: Better integration of this technical product into ATF�s information technology ecosystem, Alignment to standard practices allowing easier solution sustainment, and The opportunity for data integration into future solutions. This will require additional effort for NTT Data Federal Services, Inc. to fully develop and complete the requested tasks in the contract.� This item had not been identified as critical until work on the HSA project proceeded in May 2022.� Based upon the requesting office�s knowledge of the Confidential Informant System operation and ATF�s technology foresight, the identified item is a critical need for full functionality of the HSA tool and informant operations as visualized.
