- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� A SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON A LATER DATE. PURPOSE: This procurement is designated as Full and Open Competition utilizing FAR Part 15 competitive procedures. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541715.�The Government plans to award one (1) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with individually negotiated Cost Plus Award Fee, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Firm-Fixed-Price task orders as needed. The planned IDIQ award will consist of a ten (10) year base ordering period with (3) three, (5) five-year option periods.� The Government anticipates the ordering period will begin in or around the Spring of 2024. The primary place of performance for this requirement is the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer/ NCI Frederick. Resultant task order awards may include option periods and option quantities per FAR clauses 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract and 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity - Separately Priced Line Item. �The parent IDIQ Contract will contain 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The RFP will be available electronically on or around June 22, 2022 and will be accessible through the Contract Opportunities at http://sam.gov. IT IS THE OFFERORS� RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR THE AFOREMENTIONED SITE FOR THE RELEASE OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS.
