Description

Services shall include administrative support to TIP Program Office Staff with office responsibilities to include answering basic program inquires via email and phone, creation and dissemination of program mass communications, data entry, review and briefing of program applications and supporting documentation. The TIP Program Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials at the direction of the TIP Program Office Staff and reviewed for compliance with regulations and effectiveness in achieving intended objectives. Additionally, the contractor shall inform the TIP Program Office staff of potentially controversial findings, issues, or problems with widespread impact. The service objectives include: Decrease Program resource vulnerability by securing adequate coverage of pertinent duties Improve Program responsiveness to program participants, officials and other stakeholders Increase Program oversight, and process controls Provide additional administrative and clerical support Streamline Program customer service and technical support
