THIS IS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT NOW OR IN THE FUTURE. TITLE: BUILDING 101 2ND FLOOR RENOVATION CONSTRUCTION The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for Construction Services for an office renovation located at the Gaithersburg, Maryland campus.� This is NOT a design-build sources sought. The requirement will be designed by others.� This announcement is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future.� No solicitation is available at this time. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify organizations with the requisite qualifications to provide the services stated herein. Based on capability statements received in response to this Sources Sought Announcement this acquisition may be solicited as a 100% small business set aside. All small business organizations (SB SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, and VOSB and SDVOSB) are encouraged to respond to this notice. NIST is seeking information on qualified Large and Small Businesses for a construction contract that can provide Construction Services under NAICS Code 236220. �
