Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command -Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Human Solutions of North America, Inc., located at 215 Southport Drive, Morrisville, NC, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1).� The requirement is for non-cloud based anthropometric measurement extraction software from 3D whole body scan data. No other source for this acquisition can be used as the Government�s requirement is for non-cloud based anthropometric measurement extraction software from 3D whole body scan data that is compatible with the current ANSUR II 3D scan data format (.PLY), regardless of hardware used. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 513210 and the size standard is $38.5M. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.� No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground CCAP-SCN, Natick Contracting Division via email ONLY to meri.l.jones.civ@army.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. EST 24 June 2022.� The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice.� All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
