- � � �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is W912J6-22-Q-0001 and this solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ).� Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. � � �The requirement is for 128 Portable Toilets and 38 Handwashing Stations rental/service for use at various locations on Camp Roberts, CA. �The rental/service period for this acquisition is 23 June 2022 - 30 July 2022.� The Portable Latrines will be cleaned every other day and the Handwashing Stations will be serviced every other day.� Please complete the attached Pricing Sheet and review Statement of Work (SOW). * Basis for Award: The request for quotation uses streamlined acquisition procedures pursuant to FAR Part 13 as authorized. �The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from competitive quotes received in response to this solicitation. �The award decision will be made to the lowest priced offeror conforming to this solicitation, SOW, and submission of the completed pricing sheet.* This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the associated NAICS code 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services) NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k). Registration may be done online at: www.sam.gov.� NOTE: All vendors will be required to submit invoicing through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) electronic invoicing system. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-96, effective 06 November 2017. NOTICE OF QUESTION(S) SUBMISSION DEADLINE - Offerors are requested to review this solicitation and urged to submit questions no later than three (3) business days after issuance of the solicitation to the Contract Specialist: warren.m.sabugo.civ@army.mil via email in order to allow for the preparation of answers to be provided to all prospective offerors.� Any questions received thereafter may not be processed. The due date for offers is June 13, 2022 at 4pm (Hawaii Standard Time)/7pm Pacific Standard Time.
