NAICS code 237990. Phase 1 will evaluate proposals per the INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS with the submittal of Volume I. Phase 2 will provide the 100% plans and specifications necessary to complete the Price Factor with a submittal date for Volume II. The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. The procurement is issued as full and open competition. The cutoff date and time f or Contractor questions is Friday, 28 January 2022 at 10:00 AM Local Time.
