- Solicitation Number:� N4008522B2508 Project Title:� NUWC Building 1318 New Production Space Utilities (Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI) Location:� Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, Rhode Island 02841 Solicitation issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.� The project consists of Base Bid only.� The Government shall award contract to the lowest price, responsive, and responsive bidder.� All documents for the solicitation available at https://beta.sam.gov. Description of Work: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to provide water, sewer, and electrical utilities to a new production space, 24�x60� modular building, outside of Building 1318. NAICS Code: 236220 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SBA Size Standard:� $39.5 Million Construction Magnitude:� Between $100,000 & $250,000 Product Service Code (PSC): Z2HB -- Repair or Alteration of Government-owned government-operated (GOGO) R&D facilities IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES: Proposal Due Date: 19 July 2022 at 2:00PM EST Request for Information (RFI) Due Date: 1 July 2022 at 2:00PM EST Site Visit Date: 28 June 2022 at 9:00AM EST Contract Completion Date: One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from contract award Bid guarantee required.
