Description

All interested offerors are requested to review and submit the sources sought information form, 1pg. Attached.� An RFP is anticipated for release in late June/early July 2022.� PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project is to design and perform the abatement of known select asbestos containing materials (ACM) and reconstruction and finish of historically significant columns to include the structural analysis of the existing steel columns and concrete deck at the Paul G. Rogers Courthouse.� This project also requires the Design Build (DB) Contractor to perform a Pre-Alterations Assessment for Hazardous Materials prior to executing the work.� See attached DRAFT Statement of Work dated 5/20/22 Note: Industry feedback is requested and welcomed regarding acquisition approach such as contract type, suggested bid schedule, options/bid additives, design or technical scope suggestions/recommendations, or any information to provide a more efficient and effective acquisition process.
