Description: GSA is seeking 125,302 ABOA SF in Austin, TX. This Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) sets forth instructions and requirements for proposals for a Succeeding or Superseding Lease where the Government is currently in occupancy and possession of the leased Premises. Unless otherwise noted, the Government will accept the leased Premises in their current condition, with the exceptions outlined in the RLP documents. The Government will evaluate the proposal conforming to the RLP requirements in accordance with the Method of Award set forth below. The Government will award the Lease subject to the conditions below.
