Description

U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contracting on a sole source basis with Robertson Fuel Systems, 800 W. Carver Rd., Suite 101 Tempe, AZ 85284. (CAGE: 1T765) to purchase two (2) 185G Fuel Tank B-Kits. �The proposed action will be processed as a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for items which the Government does not own specifications and/or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.501 (2)(i). Firms that recognize and can provide the supplies are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal; however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date IAW FAR 5.203 (a). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 336413; the business size is 1250. All interested, capable, and responsible sources that would like to respond to this presolicitation synopsis are encouraged to provide a statement of interest along with supporting documentation to Contract Specialist Kisha Redcross via email at kisha.a.redcross.civ@socom.mil�no later than 11:00 am EDT on 28 June 2022.�
