Description

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, transportation,�labor, materials, equipment and incidental work necessary to repair corrugated metal roof�panels at Corpus Christi Army Depot. See paragraph 5 for detailed statement work. The�contractor shall comply with UFGS 01 31 23.13 20 Electronic Construction and Facility�Support Contract Management System for the administration of this contract. Repair by replacement corrugated metal panels and associate�building components found to be unserviceable and could cause building failure if not�repaired. Area A, replace with in-kind or equivalent materials that include but not limited to roof�and wall panels, ridge caps, eave trim, eave guttering, eave struts, downspouts, framed�opening, and rakes. Area B, replace with in-kind materials or equivalent materials that include but not�limited to roof, gable panels and rakes. Area C, replace with in-kind or equivalent materials that include but not limited to roof�panels and cee purlins. ***See amendments 1 and 2
