SYNOPSIS NSN: 5940-01-674-1360 Nomenclature: TERMINAL,LUG P/N: 5NG0034-1 PR: 85730711 This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). It is not a commercial item. Configuration Control does not apply and Higher Level Quality Management does apply. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a sole source item coded 3D. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman, CAGE 0W6H8, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. Submit SAR packages to: Defense Logistics Agency-Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 163 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 5000 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Origin. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against the OEM�s current BOA. The letter solicitation will be issued on or around 23 June 2022 and will close on or around 13 July 2022. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. You may request a copy by contacting the Acquisition Specialist.
