THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. This notice does not constitute a solicitation or firm requirement. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is utilizing this sources sought to determine if industry has the capability to fulfill the requirement below. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this sources sought announcement. ACC-RI is issuing this sources sought to seek sources capable of providing turnkey supply chain operations at the Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) . JMTC is interested in a turnkey supply chain contract in which contractor manages JMTC�s supply chain from cradle to grave utilizing LMP (SAP) as a system of record management. Turnkey supply chain management may be required for one project or multiple projects. Contractor will supply JMTC�s production lines with material by: generating the estimate for material, executing the acquisition for materials, and will be responsible for managing material (excess material) for certain projects and/or mission sets. If you believe your company has the capabilities to provide the above specifications, please submit the following information: 1. Company name and mailing address 2. Company point of contact, email addresses and telephone 3. Capabilities Statement 4. Companies Unique Entity Identifier � 5. Cage Code 6. Size category and socioeconomic status 7. Confirmation that your company has performed these type of services. Please provide contract numbers for examples if possible. 8. Information for your company�s standard mark-up/pass-thru rate for material. What is your company�s standard mark-up? Does this mark-up change with certain commodities? Any management fees and/or other costs associated with pass-thru charges for material? *Notice to Contractors: All contractors who provide goods or services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).* The NAICS Code for this procurement is TBD. �The anticipated award date is TBD.
