Description
The proposed contract action is to provide �Senior Leader Training and Workshop, located in San Francisco, California. Performance: USACE South Pacific Division Workshop Development and Facilitation Together with the program manager, develop workshop process agenda and design activities that will meet learning objectives, team building goals, and strategic outcomes. Attend workshop in person for all three days. Identify necessary facilitation materials in time for program manager to obtain them. Provide onsite facilitation support for the workshop as well as leadership trainings. Develop a summary report of the outcomes of the meeting and provide to the program manager by September 30, 2022. Leadership Training. Educate Regional Command Council and Governance Board (~50 people) on techniques for improved collaboration, communication and addressing common commutation challenges. Training should be ~ half day and will be held in person, on or around August 30, 2022. Training should be provided by a consultant and based on published/tested techniques on organizational health and communication but include interactive dialogue that leads to group commitments. The training will include: facilitated discussion, add on assessment information focused on management behaviors, and strategies for addressing communication challenges. The consultant may provide pre-work to be completed prior to the training.� Pre-work may include hand-outs, books, and/or on-line assessments. USACE intends to solicit as a sole source woman -owned small business (SDVOSB) under the authority of FAR 19.1506 Women-Owned Small Business Program sole source awards. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotes; however, all information received after date of publication of this synopsis may be considered by the Government. Interested suppliers shall respond to this notice by providing the following information. Organization Name. Address. Point of Contact for information with telephone number and email address. Cage Code Capabilities information/statement showing that the organization has the ability and jurisdiction to fulfill the Government requirement. The contractor must be able to comply with all requirements described herein to be considered capable.
