- Description
- AMENDMENT P0002 IS HEREBY ISSUED TO REFLECT THE FOLLOWING: 1. ATTACH REVISED EVALUATION CRITERIA 2. ATTACH BID SCHEDULE 3. OFFER DUE DATE EXTENDED TO 4:30PM MDT, JULY 5, 2022 4. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Q. Can you please confirm how you want this project priced? A. A lump sum price per year based on doing up to 2,000 mine inventories Q. Based on all the unknowns (particularly how many features can be done in a day) is this project just going to bill against the lump sum price until the Contractor reaches the bid limit, regardless of how many mine features are inventoried? Some features may take 30 minutes to survey while others could take an entire day (based on locations) which could greatly affect reaching or not reaching the 2,000 mine quota. Please clarify. A. Currently, there is an estimated 50,000 to 75,000 mining features that have not yet been inventoried. Our average times for surveying a single feature range from 5-10 minutes.
