Ocean Blvd. to W. Ocean Blvd. West: Interstate 710 SEE ATTACHED MAP Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�34,472 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�36,196 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�99 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�99 Full Term:�15 years Firm Term:�10 years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Provide access to the space 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
