- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Mexico City: Las Cruces Delineated Area: North:� New Mexico Hwy South:� University Avenue East:� Sonoma Ranch Road West:� Rio Grande River Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,128 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,128 Space Type: Office, Warehouse and secured Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 6 spaces for GOVs � on site 8 employee public parking space must be available within a walkable � mile 1 visitor parking space must be available within a walkable � mile Parking Spaces (Surface): All parking can be surface Parking Spaces (Structured): No structured parking is required Parking Spaces (Reserved): No reserved parking is required Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 2 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the fully service rent. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Las Cruces, NM that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
