- 06/13/2022 - AMENDMENT 0005 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to: 1. �Extend the proposal due date and time to 3:00 pm EDT on June 22, 2022. This proposal due date and time shall take precedence over proposal due dates that may be stated elsewhere for this solicitation. 2. �Provide updated questions and responses 3. �Provide an updated Labor Rates and Totals spreadsheet 4. �Provide an updated Task Order 1 5. �Provide the site plan of the campus 6. �Update the evaluation criteria Note: �Offerors shall include a complete response to both Task Order 1 and Task order 2 with its proposal. Acknowledgement of all amendments shall be included with the proposal submissions as a separate file or with the Price proposal. 06/01/2022 - AMENDMENT 0004 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to: 1. Extend the proposal due date and time to 2:00 pm EDT on June 15, 2022. This proposal�due date and time shall take precedence over proposal due dates that may be stated�elsewhere for this solicitation, and to 2. Incorporate questions and responses previously posted on 05/28/2022. Offerors should not expect a response to any questions submitted after May 11, 2022, unless�the Government deems a response necessary.� Responses to unanswered questions are forthcoming. Acknowledgment of all amendments shall be included with the proposal submissions. 05/28/2022 - The purpose of this update is to provide responses to some questions that have been received.� This update also provides several additional inventory lists, etc., for informational purposes. 05/17/2022 - AMENDMENT 0003 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the proposal due date and time to�2:00 pm EDT on June 2, 2022. This proposal due date and time shall take precedence over�proposal due dates that may be stated elsewhere for this solicitation. Review all updated documents to be fully informed of the requirement and proposal submission instructions. 05/06/2022 - AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to: 1. Extend the proposal due date and time to 12:00 Noon EDT on May 20, 2022, 2. Provide Task Order 1 - Contractor Program Management Office (PMO) and Task Order 2 -�Work Order Tracking and Asset Management System, 3. Provide updated Labor Rates and Totals spreadsheet, and to 4. Update the proposal submission instructions at Sections L and the evaluation criteria at�Section M. Review all updated documents to be fully informed of the requirement and proposal submission instructions.
