- Description
- Project Title: CHPP Phase B Panels and Circuits Replacement The purpose of this project is to upgrade and modify the low voltage electrical and lighting systems at Eielson's Central Heat & Power Plant (CHPP). The Contractor shall provide new light fixtures, conduit, conductors, boxes and appurtenances to replace the light fixtures in the CH&PP, from the 2nd floor to the top of the plant, as well as in the cooling pond pump house. Demolish the existing light fixtures and associated conduit, conductors and appurtenances in the same areas. Provide temporary services and lighting as necessary to maintain CH&PP operations throughout the construction period. A site visit will be conducted on 1 June 2022 & 8 June @ 10:00am AKDT Participants will meet at- Eielson CHPP B6203, 2676 Industrial Dr, Eielson AFB, Alaska Each prime contractor is allowed to bring two personnel. Please submit the names of the individuals that will be in attendance to MSgt Cristopher Pennock at cristopher. pennock@us.af.mil and SSgt Aaron Valdez at aaron.valdez.1@us.af.mil by 02:00pm AKDT on 31 May 2022. No question will be taken over the phone. Questions are due no later than 15 June 2022 at 02:00PM AKDT. All questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation and posted to SAM.gov website. IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted. Bids must be submitted via email to BOTH of the following individuals on or before 06 July 2022 at 02:00PM AKDT: Contracting Officer: MSgt Cristopher Pennock; email: cristopher.pennock@us.af.mil Contract Specialist: SSgt Aaron Valdez; email: aaron.valdez.1@us.af.mil A. The NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5M. B. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000. C. See Section J for the List Attachments. D. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. E. The Period of Performance is 360 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
