The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Baxley, GA County: Appling County Delineated Area: (See attached map for reference) N: US 341/Golden Isles Pkwy W to Moody Altman Rd to Clyde Rd to Golden Isles Pkwy where US Hwy 1 N branches off to N Main St. E: Simpson Dr to City Circle Rd off HWY 341 to Blackshear Hwy SE. S: HWY 15 and US 1 to Miles Road/ Oakdale Circle W: Patterson Rd to Sycamore Ln to Zoar Rd to Prentiss Rd Minimum and Maximum Usable Square Feet (ABOA): 5,227- 5,489 Rentable Square Feet (RSF): 6,273 Space Type: Office and Related Space Reserved Parking Spaces for Government Vehicles: 2 Additional Parking Spaces (available for use at no charge to the Government): 30 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Termination Rights: 120 days in whole or in part, after the Firm Term Option Term: None Additional Requirements: -The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building, or in abuilding to be constructed for the Government�s use. -Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety,accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of theLease. -The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must becompatible with the Government�s intended use. -A fully serviced lease is required. -Offered space and sites shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. -Additional parking spaces may be located on-site and/or within 1/4 of amile of the premises, pedestrian accessible. -Preferred first floor, contiguous space that meets accessibilityrequirements.
