Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to fulfill the terms and conditions stated in this contract. Services include quarterly preventative maintenance, semi-annual periodic inspections, Category 1 and 5 testing/certifications, and emergency call-out service work to be performed on the elevator system. Work shall be performed on the electric traction passenger elevator system located at Hidden Dam, Hensley Lake in Madera County, CA.
