Description: MCC requires a firm (or consortium of firms) to provide a wide range of environmental, social, health, safety, and resettlement technical assistance tasks to support the development, implementation and closure of MCC�s Threshold Programs and Compacts.� Limited strategic support may also be required to assist in addressing cross cutting ESP priorities. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the tasks as defined in Section C of the Statement of Work.
