Description

The Payette National Forest is soliciting quotes for the maintenance of 10 network copiers located in Weiser, Council, New Meadows and McCall Idaho. Prices should include all repair labor, travel and parts. Supplies (paper and toner) are not included. Average copy count per month varies by copier with average Forest total copies per month approximately 280,000. Copier readings for the period of 2/28/2022 � 6/09/2022 have been provided as an attachment and it is noted that one copier is non-functional. Response Time: Once a service call has been made, a technician will return the call within the same business day or early the next business day. Within 48 hours a service technician will be on scene to make repairs unless waiting for parts. The contract period of performance dates will be approximately 7/15/2022 (BASE) � 7/14/2026 (option year four). Exact dates of performance of the contract will be determined at time of award. The successful quote will completely fill the RFQ document and return by the indicated date. Each year of service (BASE - option year four)will be quoted to be considered a responsive quote. The awarded business will have NAICS code 811212 in their SAM portfolio or be willing to add the code before award of contract. This solicitation is being posted in advance of funding for the purchase.
