Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Pacific requires replacement of four exterior closed circuit television system aboard NOAA Ship Oscar Elton Sette. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-22-01142 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334220, Closed-Circuit Television Equipment Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:� Labor, Materials, and Equipment to Replace four (4) GFE Pelco Spectra Cameras (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The vendor is to provide the items in CLIN 1 per the attached statement of need. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.� Period of Performance: �July 10 � 22, 2022 Place of Performance: NOAA Ship Oscar Elton Sette 1897 Ranger Loop Road, Building 184 Ford Island Honolulu, Hawaii 96818 (viii) All applicable provisions and clauses are attached in a separate document. (ix) Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned ratings is not applicable.
