- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for Airlift and Parachute Rigger services for the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is�481219 and the size standard is $16.5 Mil. Solicitation number F9E1PJ2068AW03 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06� Effective April 26, 2022. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Contract will be awarded to the contractor whom provides the lowest quote, conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis/solicitation, meets all the requirements that are outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1. � CLIN 0001: Refer to the attached PWS. Wage Determination # 2015-4187 is incorportated into this solicitation. Include the following information on your quote: cage code, tax id number, company name, phone number, POC, signature of authorized representative and email. Offerors' quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors' quote. QUOTES ARE DUE NLT FRIDAY 7/15/2022 6:00 PM EST AND SHALL BE SENT TO JASON.RIOS.1@US.AF.MIL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFIS) WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 7/6/2022. RFIs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7/6/2022. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Contractors must be actively registered with iRAPT, formally the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at http://wawf.eb.mil.
