- Description
- This requirement is for the construction of a new five bedroom single story bunkhouse with two shared dorm style bathrooms, a living area, a kitchen, a one bedroom apartment, and a utility room. The facility will be approximately 2600 sqft. of sprinkled construction. The building will be ADA accessible. Building work also includes mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkler/alarm systems. Work will also include demolition of an existing single story with basement structure. Site work will include utilities as applicable and two RV pads with power and water hookups as an alternate.
