Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N3904022PSE1988. This requirement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-06 (Effective 05/26/2022) and DFARS Change Notice 20220428 (Effective 04/28/2022). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far and https://www.acquisition.gov/dfars The NAICS code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resulted contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Cepeda Associates, Inc. This requirement is for Cepeda Associates, Inc. (sole source) to perform repairs and tests on the CO2 Scrubbers and CO-H2 Burners installed on a U.S. Navy vessel, located at Naval Base Point Loma - San Diego, CA. The Period of Performance is 09/26/2022 through 01/23/2023.
