Description: Notice of Intent for Award: AFRL/RVKY at Kirltand AFB, NM intends to award a sole source requirement (annual renewal) to EBSCO Industries.� EBSCO databases are vital to AFRL's ongoing S&T mission.� EBSCO is the sole provider, owner, and distrubutor of the academic and scientific content in these on-line proprietary curated databases, allowing access to a broad range of peer reviewed acamdemic literature.� These subscription is needed to meet the information needs of a wide variety of AFRL scientists and engineers (S&Es).� See attached redacted J&A, signed by the CO on 20 Jun 2022.
