THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Regional Health Contracting Office-Europe is planning to issue a solicitation for non-personal Newborn Screening (Neonatal Testing) Services for the Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE).� The resultant contract type will be firm-fixed-prices (FFP) purchase order.� It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.� The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition.� All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, and lack of registration shall make a quotation ineligible for award.� Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Product Service Code: Q301 � Laboratory Testing Services NAICS Code: 621511 � Medical Laboratories Portfolio Group:� 10 � Medical Portfolio:� Laboratory Services, Medical Services Period of Performance: The period of performance including all options is 1 September 2022 � 31 August 2023 Scope: �The Contractor shall provide newborn screening testing for Regional Health Command Europe (RHCE) hospitals and clinics in Germany. �Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). �The non-personal services to be rendered under this contract shall consist of the delivery of specimen collection cards and the performance, recording, and reporting of clinical laboratory analysis results on newborn blood specimens for the identification of certain congenital metabolic and hematological conditions for which timely intervention can reduce or eliminate morbidity and mortality. This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date.
