- One real estate appraisal is needed to provide an estimate of market value for the proposed purchase of the 158.65-acre subject property by the United States of America from the property owner.� The subject property is situated within the boundaries of the Reserve Ranger District, Gila National Forest, Catron County, New Mexico.� The parcel is accessed off the Negrito Creek Road east of Highway 435.� The access road to the parcel crosses a section of private land and requires multiple stream crossings.� The appraisal must comply with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (2016 edition) and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (current edition). Lot 2, NW1/4SE1/4, SW1/4NE1/4, SE1/4NW1/4, Section 19, Township 7 South, Range 18 West, N.M.P.M., Catron County, New Mexico containing 158.65 acres. See attached Statement of Work and RFQ
