- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command MICC- Fort Buchanan has an Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C322R0003 for Replacement Chiller System Building 1070 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The RFP will be issued on or about 1 July 2022. The RFP is issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside.� All responsible sources are invited to submit proposals under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-conditioning Contractors. The size standard is $16,500,000. The magnitude of the requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available.� All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Contract Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/search for status of RFP and amendments, if any.� Any amendments issued will need to be sign and submitted with the proposal.� Failure to submit amendments with the proposal may render the proposal not eligible for further consideration for award.� Vendors that are not registered or registration is not active in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.
