Description

Presolicitation Notice PROJECT TITLE: Room Remodel CONTRACT TYPE: Bid Build (BB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to install approximately 360sf of LVT plank flooring, and new 4 rubber cove base. Existing flooring to remain and new flooring to be placed over top. Contractor to remove approximately 1 row of existing VCT at door and plank over to create smoother transition from old to new. Cove base is to be continuous with as few joints as possible. Remove existing sink and cap plumbing inside of wall at location. Remove existing door leading to staff break area and close both sides of opening with 5/8"" fire rated drywall. Patch, Prime, and Paint areas where work was performed. Project is located within the West Palm Beach VAMC, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Less than $25,000.
