- THIS IS A MODIFICATION NOTICE TO SOLICITATION A REQUEST FOR QUOTE POSTED ON June 13, 2022. Bldg. 1, Flooring and Paint repair and installation, Thomas E. Creek VA Health Care System, Amarillo 36C25722Q0715 Provide Site Visit: June 24,2022 at 11:00 AM CST. Location will be Thomas E. Creek VA Health Care System 6010 Amarillo Blvd West, Amarillo Texas 79106. Post Questions and Answers The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project will be 100% Set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership, and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
