Description: The USDA Forest Service, Coronado National Forest, Tucson Arizona, has a requirement to replace the roof of the Columbine Visitors Center. The project includes removing existing roofing on approximately 1500 sq ft and replace with new roofing materials and all appurtenances.� Replace damaged sub-roof (estimate 20%) with new decking material and install ice and water shields, 24� minimum width along roof eaves.� Install approximately 200 LF of metal gutters to include 4 downspouts.� See attached SOW for more information.
