Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to negotiate on a non- competitive basis with Paravion Technology, Inc., for the procurement of seven (7) High Lift Heliporters, Part Number (P/N) H250T-4, in support of the MQ-8C Fire Scout Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to award a 3 year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity contract to Paravion Technology, Inc.� GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open compeition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
