Description

Question on 36C24822Q1174 - Physical Therapy Equipment Do you need us to consolidate this equipment at a local warehouse and then schedule delivery and installation or have items ship as their available to your facility?  It appears you may be using a 3rd party logistics provider (ren global services) and in those cases we ve had them ship directly to their facility as equipment is available. ANSWER: NO Delivery should be schedule directly to the facility, please contact project representatives to schedule delivery. Does this RFQ require a quote for the complete list of items, or are partial submissions allowed?  ANSWER: No Partial Submissions Allowed We are only expected to deliver the equipment, not set it up, correct? ANSWER: Deliver only, no set up required Is there a loading dock at the NPR CBOC? ANSWER: Yes there is a loading dock in the back of the facility, follow signs for commercial deliveries.
