Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this announcement is �NEED00002200907� and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for a commercial fixed price contract to a sole source using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 511210, Software Publishers with a small business size standard of $41.5 million. The RFP and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 5/26/2022. You are requested to submit a technical and separate full price proposal for the effort as described in Section L. Responses are due via email by 2:00pm, Eastern Tine on June 23, 2022 to Stephanie Dewitt (Contracting Officer, stephanie.dewitt@noaa.gov). There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government. When responding, please include �RFP NEED00002200907� on the subject line. To verify receipt of your response, please contact the aforementioned by e-mail. Proposals must be valid for at least 90 days from date of submission.
