HZS Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Sole Source (FAR 19.13)
 

Description

The purpose of this notice of intent (NOI) is to inform industry contractors of the Government�s intent to award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Single Award Task Order Contract,�IAW with the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. The intended Contractor is ARDL, Inc. located at 400 Aviation Dr, Mt Vernon, IL 62864�. The US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District has a requirement for Environmental Laboratory Services. The proposed Performance Work Statement has been attached. The requirement is for a three year contract, including one base year and two (2) one year options. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the subject requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
