Description
This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. This is a synopsis of an upcoming solicitation, 140R1722Q0025, Grand Coulee Laser Light Show Maintenance. The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region intends to solicit quotes for a contract that will include Firm Fixed Price line items, and Time and Material line items. This will be a Commercial Services contract, in support of the Grand Coulee Visitors Center. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide services to maintain and repair the laser light show system located in Grand Coulee, Washington. This includes yearly preseason maintenance and startup and providing service calls as needed throughout the summer season when the show malfunctions. Pursuant to FAR Part 12, 13 and 15 of the Federal Acquisition regulations, Reclamation intends to issue a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) through sam.gov on or about the end of July 2022. The Request for Quote will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. Contractors will be expected to comply with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price and time and material purchase order during the middle of September 2022. The contract is expected to be a base plus four option years. Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote that conforms to the solicitation. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to the closing date of the solicitation. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website at www.SAM.gov. All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasury�s Internet Payment Platform (IPP).
