- Stand alone SAM announcement DOIRFB0220027 Notice of Sole Source Award 140R1019P0057 This is not a Request of Quote, this is a notice to synopsize the existing option years prior to execution. The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Regional Office awarded a Purchase Order (140R1019P0057) to the State of Idaho for rental of microwave channels between Shafer and Culdesac Grade on August 21, 2019. The awarded purchase order was for One (1) year base period, and four (4) one (1) year option periods. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8 Extension of Services, the Government reserves the right to exercise up to a 6 month option at the end of any period (base or option year). The total period of performance is September 1, 2019 to June 30, 2024. Since Reclamation�s market research indicated that only one responsible source could fully provide the services that will satisfy the Agency�s requirements a Determination to Solicit from a Single Source justification was approved. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 532490 was utilized for this award. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is $35 million. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered and active in beta.SAM prior to submitting their quote.
