Description

Solicitation Amendment 0001 is as follows: - Update Attachment 2 Past Performance Questionnaire document. Updated document w ill state Nature of the Contractual Effort (Must be related to Replace Chillers). Updated Attachment 2 Past Performance Questionnaire document w ill be uploaded in SAM.gov. - Delete duplicate clause 52.204-16 from solicitation. - Site visit is not Mandatory and removed Mandatory language from solicitation. - The SF 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award is to be completed by all Offerors and duly executed w ith an electronic or PDF scanned signature by an official authorized to bind the company in accordance w ith FAR 4.102. All amendments must be acknow ledged by all Offerors in accordance with the instructions on the Standard Form 30 or 1442, Amendment of Solicitation.�(End of�Solicitation Amendment 0001) The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the�offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to perform Replace Chillers Building 81504 located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 06/10/2022. The Wage Determination is�included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 on solicitation will not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the work�being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided within 10 calendar days of award. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228.1 Bid Guarantee. Questions are due 27 June 2022, 4:00 p.m. AZ time.�� Proposals are due 18 July 2022, 4:00 p.m. AZ time.
