- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: MAINTENANCE BULKHEAD FABRICATION BULL SHOALS DAM WHITE RIVER BASIN BAXTER COUNTY, ARKANSAS U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE) W9127S22B0002, Maintenance Bulkhead Fabrication at Bull Shoals Dam, will be advertised using a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 332312, Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. The small business size standard is set at 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued, utilizing FAR Part 14, as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bids will be evaluated and will result in a firm fixed-price construction contract. The requirement being procured under this solicitation includes fabrication of an 8ft-7 3/4in by 13ft-1in steel bulkhead with delivery to Bull Shoals Dam. Existing bulkhead to be salvaged by contractor. Option to provide one additional bulkhead. W9127S22B0002 will be issued around July 12, 2022, via the PIEE Solicitation Module and www.sam.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be issued via these outlets as well. It is each offeror?s responsibility to download the solicitation and monitor the site for updates.
