AMENDMENT 36C24222Q0851 0001 This Request of Information (RFI) is to seek potential socio-economic concerns SDVOSBs/VOSBs only who may be able to provide nursing services. This RFI is IAW 38 USC 8127 (C). This RFI does not guarantee any future procurements/awards with the Department of Veterans Affairs. AMENDMENT TO SOURCES SOUGHT: 36C24222Q0851 0001 REQUIREMENT: 3 FTE RN S, 6 FTE LPN s and 10 FTE CNA s PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: East Orange VAMC and Lyons VAMC New Jersey PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: one (1) base period of six (6) months and one (1) six (6) month option period. ADDRESS: New Jersey VA Medical Center 385 Tremont Avenue East Orange, NJ 07018 Lyons VA Medical Center 151 Knollcroft Road Lyons, NJ 07939 DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT: This amendment is to the original Sources Sought 36C24222Q0851 for nursing services for New Jersey HCS. The Amendment is to change the response date from 07/08/2022 to 06/23/2022 due to the status change from Standard Delivery to Emergency. An SDVOSB has been identified for the Emergency Procurement using FAR Part 6.302-5. An intent of Sole Source shall be posting at a later date.
