Description

1. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. There is no solicitation available at this time. This request for information is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. FAR Part 10 requires that market research be conducted on requirements at least every 18 months to see if the market has changed for a particular acquisition. This effort is to seek additional information from service providers capable of performing Air Force-related Supply and Mobility Warehouse Operations; Air Force-related Ground Transportation Operations, Vehicle Preventative Maintenance, and Repairs; Air Force-related Traffic and Cargo Management Operations; Air Force-related Real Property Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance; Air Force-related Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants Management; and Air Force-related Aircraft Refueling Operations for March Air Reserve Base, CA. Some functions require specialized training of Air Force Reserve personnel. This is the second (2nd) request for information in a limited series of planned market surveys to assist the U.S. Air Force Reserve Command with determining the best course of action with regards to the Base Operations and Support (BOS) services solicitation for the 452d Air Mobility Wing. 2. For the purpose of determining your business size, the NAICS code of 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $41.5M average annual receipts over the past 3 years, will be utilized for this acquisition. If you are interested in responding and providing targeted market research information pertaining to this requirement, please indicate your interest by sending an e-mail (only) no later than 8 Jul 2022 to jon.aaron@us.af.mil. All valid internet responses from service providers must attach the completed Market Research Survey concerning the aforementioned BOS services, a return e-mail address, company name, mailing address, telephone number, point-of-contact, CAGE code, and the vendor�s business size with regard to NAICS 561210 within the body of the market research survey response. This information is requested to assist the Government in the planning of the installation�s acquisition strategy. A draft PWS is attached for reference and technical understanding purposes only. Responses without the aforementioned information will not be recognized as valid. ALL PROSPECTIVE SERVICE PROVIDERS MUST RESPOND TO THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION VIA E-MAIL. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The solicitation, when issued, will be available through SAM.gov. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
