- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The North Dakota National Guard, USPFO-Contracting Office intends to award a sole source task order to Shultz & Associates, LTD, 612 1/2 Main Ave, Fargo, ND 58103 for Type C Inspection Services, Repair Kitchen, BLDG 400.� Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304c(b)(3) as implemented by FAR Part 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) � The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. The anticipated award date is 30 June 2022.�� The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541310 with a size standard of $8.0M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� The closing date for this special notice is 30 June 2022 CST.
