Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO SOLE SOURCE:� The United States Air Force, Acquisition Management & Integration Center (USAF AMIC), Advisory and Assistance Services (PKAB) Contracting Branch intends to award a sole source contract to FEDITC LLC (UEI: C9HCJWLPZDQ3).� FEDITC LLC will be providing information technology service to the Government in a controlled network environment. The anticipated award date is 30 June 2022, with a performance start date of 01 July 2022. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541511 with a size standard of $30.0M. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. �A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS REQUIREMENT BASED ON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL BE CONSIDERED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.� The closing date for this special notice is 28 June 2022 at 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
