Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a competitive solicitation for a 100% total small business set�aside firm fixed price contract for the design, fabrication, transport, assembly and installment of a climate controlled, portable Submarine Maintenance Enclosure (SME). The SME shall consist of but not limited to two (2) Side Towers, one (1) Aft Tower and one (1) Roof Structure. The SME shall be used in an outside industrial environment to provide weather protection and work accessibility for Government personnel, equipment and ship security to submarines in dry dock.� This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-22-R-0002, and the Government is not requesting responses to this notice. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332311 � Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing and the size standard for this NAICS code is 750 employees. The Product Service Code is J999 � Non-nuclear ship repair. A Sources Sought Notice for N32253-22-R-0002 was posted on SAM.gov on 11 JAN 2022.� The Solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 01 JUL 2022. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-22-R-0012. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting.
